I have been in the real estate business for over 22 years and have a well-rounded track record advising Buyers and Sellers as a Commercial Broker and Consultant.
As a side note; my back round is selling Arabian Horses for over 15 years prior to going to Real Estate as a career. I have sold horses from the Royal Family of Saudi to the small breeders locally. This was not only very exciting but honed my negotiation skills to a fine point.
I have extensive experience in developing successful working relationships with Investors, buying and selling, as well as in bringing together an entire team of professionals to help clients with their commercial Real Estate Investments.
In the mid 2000s, I was (and still am) one of the Top Leaders in the Phoenix Real Estate Market. Having been listed as Number 2 and Number 4 in the World for RE/MAX a leading Real Estate company; gave me great accolades for hard work. Something that I am not afraid of. Additionally, LoopNet has named me a Deal Maker for the Phoenix Market.
I have been a part of the elite CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) group since 2005. I have given seminars throughout Arizona, California and Canada, sharing my extensive knowledge. I provide free tools and information to investors and have hosted many events for Investors to explore and invest in the Phoenix market.
I have received the Presidential Award from the Phoenix Board of Realtors several years in succession. Additionally, the Board has asked me to serve again as a Director and liaison to the Arizona Association of Realtors. This will be my second go-round and I serve with pleasure.
For the Arizona Association of Realtors, I have and continue to serve on the different forms committees. Many of the forms that Arizona Realtors use; I have helped directly create for the Industry.
While I certainly believe in giving back, I support many nonprofit organizations. Some of which include Young Authors of AZ, Lost Your Home Pets Foundation and Toys for Tots.
