When you work with Atlas property management, it is our ambition to become your strategic partner. We manage to meet your goals by providing expertise and aligned stewardship of your asset. As owners of real estate ourselves, we designed Atlas to align a property manager’s goals with that of the owners, minimizing vacancy, reducing overhead, bolstering communication and reporting; all to help drive the NOI of the property up through an aligned partnership.

Atlas currently manages over 5000 units in 8 different markets, but pride ourselves in treating our owners with the speed, nimbleness, and humility of a small company while offering the benefits of a large company.  Our local Phoenix and Tucson teams provide top notch service to all of our clients, whether big or small.  We currently work with a large variety of client types from first time investors who own one property to syndicators, family trusts and REIT’s. While our specialty is multifamily owners with 4-80 units, we also manage portfolios of single-family homes and condos (about 1/5 of our portfolio) and have the capacity to manage large multifamily buildings over 100 units.
