Atlas currently manages over 5000 units in 8 different markets, but pride ourselves in treating our owners with the speed, nimbleness, and humility of a small company while offering the benefits of a large company. Our local Phoenix and Tucson teams provide top notch service to all of our clients, whether big or small. We currently work with a large variety of client types from first time investors who own one property to syndicators, family trusts and REIT’s. While our specialty is multifamily owners with 4-80 units, we also manage portfolios of single-family homes and condos (about 1/5 of our portfolio) and have the capacity to manage large multifamily buildings over 100 units.
