FirstBank began in 1963 with a commitment to provide superior customer service and inspire employee loyalty. Our high level of commitment has been demonstrated by maintaining consistent ownership and management, growing organically, and investing in residents and businesses. We are privately held and while most publically-traded organizations must adhere to short-term market demands, we have a long-term consistent focus. Our goal as an active real estate lender is to provide competitive financing solutions for our clients. From conventional mortgages to commercial loans and everything in-between including construction loans, lines of credit, and even self-directed IRA loans, we have a product for your real estate needs.

I have known Linda for several years and have firsthand experience working with her and her clients. Each time it has been a pleasure as Linda provides a wealth of knowledge and experience for her clients which shows in their success. Linda makes things happens!

How about a bank that lends to Canadians?  How about a lender that understand the urgency of the paperwork and actually reads the contract?  Dale is really good about hitting the so critical timelines.  Also, VERY knowledgable on what is needed for commerical financing.
