Our locally-owned business offers termite and pest control services throughout the Valley area. Our range of services includes termite inspections for real estate transactions and refinancing, termite treatments, pest control, bird exclusion, bee extermination, and rodent exclusion.
Linda engages us for conducting termite inspections and treatments for all her commercial, residential, and multi-family properties. In case of any termite infestation, we submit proposals for treating the affected properties. This helps potential buyers in understanding the necessary costs to be incurred after purchasing the property.
For years, I’ve collaborated with Dave and Matt, who are both quick and knowledgeable! What’s more, they also manage my personal properties.
