I’m Linda Gerchick, CCIM, Designated Broker of Gerchick Real Estate. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, I help investors buy and sell properties throughout Arizona with careful analysis, practical guidance, and personal attention.

Every client brings different goals. You may be purchasing your first investment property, expanding a portfolio, or preparing to sell an asset you have owned for years. I take the time to understand your priorities, explain your options, and develop an approach that fits your situation.

As a commercial real estate broker and CCIM, I bring decades of experience and a practical understanding of investment real estate to every client relationship. I believe strong representation starts with preparation: understanding the property, examining the numbers, and knowing what matters most to you.

When it is time to negotiate, I advocate for your interests with a clear strategy and careful attention to the details. I will give you my honest assessment, explain the options, and help you work through difficult decisions.

As an author and seminar speaker, I also enjoy making commercial real estate easier to understand. Sharing what I have learned is an important part of how I serve my clients, whether they are buying their first investment or managing an established portfolio.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mother, partner, friend, and proud grandmother to Will and Dre. Those relationships keep me grounded and remind me how much trust, patience, and follow-through matter.

Despite raising three daughters and keeping up with Linda, Tom leads a very active life. He always wears a smile and is ready to step into the shoes of a real estate advisor.
