I have spent over 25 years in the real estate business as a Commercial Broker and Consultant. Before that, I sold Arabian Horses for over 15 years, which helped me hone my negotiation skills to a fine point.
I have a well-rounded track record of advising Buyers and Sellers and have extensive experience in developing successful working relationships with Investors, buying and selling, as well as bringing together an entire team of professionals to help clients with their commercial real estate investments.
In the mid-2000s, I was one of the top leaders in the Phoenix real estate market, having been listed as number 2 and number 4 in the world for RE/MAX, a leading real estate company. LoopNet has also named me a Deal Maker for the Phoenix market.
I am a part of the elite CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) group since 2005 and have given seminars throughout Arizona, California, and Canada to share my extensive knowledge. I provide free tools and information to Investors and have hosted many events for them to explore and invest in the Phoenix market.
I have received the Presidential Award from the Phoenix Board of Realtors several years in a row, and I currently serve again as a Director and liaison to the Arizona Association of Realtors, on which I also serve on the different forms committees.
In addition to my professional work, I support several non-profit organizations, including Young Authors of Arizona, Lost Your Home Pets Foundation, and Toys for Tots.
As the owner and manager of Gerchick Real Estate, a Commercial Real Estate firm, I specialize in working with Investors, providing strategies for Buy and Hold, Raising Capital, Seller Financing, Commercial, Residential, International Buyers, Multi-Unit, and Fix and Flip.
With my broad experience in negotiating directly with Brokers and Principles, I always remember who I represent and negotiate with that in mind.
Finally, I have a family and have raised seven children, so there are not many things that someone can tell me that their kids have done to which I cannot respond, “…That’s nothing. Wait till they…”.
