Anne Cornelius, CPA is President and CEO of Anne Cornelius, CPA, P.C., a Scottsdale accounting firm serving individuals, business owners and real estate investors. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona. Her professional involvement includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of CPAs. She previously chaired the Arizona Society of CPAs Tax Legislation Committee and has served on the Arizona State Board of Accountancy’s continuing education review committee.

Her firm works with domestic and international clients who invest in U.S. real estate. The team coordinates with clients’ attorneys, real estate brokers and other specialists to address accounting and tax reporting needs. Its international practice includes services for Canadian and other foreign investors, as well as Americans living or working abroad.
