Accepting new clients
Solopreneurs and small businesses with finite, short-term projects.

Turn a stalled project into a finished result

Betty Bennett helps solopreneurs and small business owners organize their ideas, rescue unfinished documents and complete administrative projects. Her work starts with a specific task and ends with a clear, usable deliverable.

With an MBA in Strategic Planning and decades of experience in analytical problem-solving and professional communication, Betty brings structure to complicated information. She works remotely with clients who need editorial support, polished documents or practical workflows without an ongoing retainer.

Her experience includes document structure and formatting, writing organization, and the practical use of AI tools. She assesses each project’s requirements and her ability to deliver before accepting the work.

How Betty Can Help

Instructional & Workflow Architecture

Turn raw subject matter into a structured course proposal, syllabus or step-by-step operational playbook. Map a confusing internal process into an organized workflow with the tools needed to use it.

Document Rescue & Formatting

Restructure rough drafts, scattered notes and raw reports into polished, professional documents that are easier to read and use.

Editorial & Writing Support

Develop outlines and scripts for blogs, podcasts or speeches; edit newsletters; and use focused Zoom conversations to draw out and organize a client’s ideas for a book, presentation or other writing project.

Custom Short-Term Projects

Have a specific task that falls outside the service menu? Betty reviews unique projects through a 24-hour assessment to identify requirements, potential obstacles and whether she can deliver within the requested timeframe.

A Good Referral

Betty is a resource for a business owner with little administrative support who needs a defined project taken off their plate. Examples include a stalled administrative task, notes that need to become a presentation, or a process that needs a usable spreadsheet, playbook or workflow.

Her focus is finite project work. Ongoing marketing management, long-term retainers, open-ended group facilitation and stand-alone coaching programs are outside her current services. Writing guidance or help setting up a system may be included within an agreed project.

A “No Surprises” Process

  1. Describe the project. Share the result you need and your timeframe.
  2. Allow 24 hours for assessment. Betty maps the work and identifies potential obstacles.
  3. Agree on the scope and cap. Receive a clear outline of the deliverable and an agreed price cap.
  4. Reserve the schedule. A 50% deposit of the agreed cap secures the project; the balance is billed upon delivery.
  5. Complete one defined project at a time. Any follow-up work is assessed and scheduled as a separate project.

Pricing is based on an hourly rate with a firm, agreed-upon cap. Contact Betty for a custom quote. She works by text, phone, email and Zoom.
